**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the help they need, whether it's with equipment rentals, sales, or other services. Your duties will include:
* Assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, both inside and outside our centers
* Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
* Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers
* Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
* Answering questions and educating customers about our products and services
* Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
* Installing hitches and trailer wiring
* Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
* Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
* Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University

* A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving equipment and working in a warehouse environment
**Work Environment**
The work environment at arenaflex involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
**Physical Demands**
The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
