**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing them with a warm, welcoming experience
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
* Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that it's always clean and well-organized
* Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, both in-store and online
* Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may have
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Coming up with creative solutions to problems and suggesting new ideas to improve our services
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. You'll also be required to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* A strong passion for customer service and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences
* The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, preferably in a retail environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* A degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* The ability to speak multiple languages, preferably including Spanish
