**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and resolve issues quickly
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently to provide legendary service to our customers
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
