**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Making outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes
* Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
* Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Clear background check and drug screen
