**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and development, and to provide expert loan consulting services to customers
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine customer eligibility for arenaflex products and services
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
* Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in consumer finance or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
