Our mission is to make fashion accessible to everyone, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve it. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. You'll guide customers through the ordering procedure online, address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries. You'll also help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials * Guide customers through the ordering procedure online * Address post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping * Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries * Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert advice to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals **Requirements** * **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** + High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer * **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour * Full-time, direct hire employment with opportunities for career growth and development * Flexible scheduling with opportunities to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits * Opportunities for professional development and training * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **About Our Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
