**The Viewing Room Customer Service Flex Representative**
We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Viewing Room Customer Service Flex Representative. This unique role combines the best of our corporate call center culture with the excitement of our Viewing Room experience. As a Viewing Room Customer Service Flex Representative, you'll provide world-class customer relations over the phone and through online chat, while also being able to seamlessly transition to face-to-face interaction with customers on the Viewing Room floor, as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create a world-class experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and support
* Become a product expert, able to explain product attributes and benefits clearly and effectively
* Answer customer questions and resolve customer issues, both basic and complex, on the phone and via live chat
* Move seamlessly to face-to-face interaction with customers on the Viewing Room floor, as needed
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
**Requirements:**
* 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
* Passionate about providing great customer experiences
* Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, with a strong drive to complete tasks with a high degree of quality
* Skilled in using personal computers and related software
