**What You Will Do**
* **Work Directly with Customers**: Handle inbound phone calls, helping customers maintain their memberships, add or upgrade memberships, and provide meaningful solutions to their issues
* **Listen and Engage**: Actively listen and engage members and fellow team members with a "can do" attitude, offering valuable AAA products and services to meet their needs
* **Proactively Offer Solutions**: Critically think of unique member-centric solutions, using your problem-solving skills to dazzle our members with your personality and expertise
* **Be Open to Training and Development**: Progress through required continuous training and development, leading to positive career growth and advancement opportunities
**What You Will Need**
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role
* **Recent Call Center Experience Preferred**: Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and team members
* **Ability to Multi-Task**: Perform well in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
* **Proficiency with Computers**: Proficient in using computers for data entry, complex computer navigation, and other tasks
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Minimum educational requirement for this role
* **Background Check and Drug Test**: Must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
