* Providing exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and live chat

* Completing special projects as directed by management

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Proven customer support experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
* Comfortable using web browsers such as Firefox and Chrome
* Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
* Well-organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to work Monday through Friday
* Ability to speak French is a plus
