**Join arenaflex's dynamic Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative, working nights and weekends in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued sellers and customers, ensuring seamless transactions and relationships through the arenaflex exchange.** **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading player in the live event industry, providing a unique platform for buyers and sellers to connect and exchange tickets. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, working closely with our sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide elite service. **Your Role Expectations as a Customer Service Representative** As a Customer Service Representative, your role will progress through various stages, with clear expectations and goals to achieve in the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's an overview of what you can expect: **Contact Center Representative (30 days in)** * Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and the ticket marketplaces. * Learn how to navigate our ticketing platform and contribute to providing exceptional experiences for our customers. * Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. **Contact Center Representative (60 days in)** * Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. * Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships. * Navigate our order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. **Contact Center Representative (90 days in)** * Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. * Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. **What You'll Bring as a Customer Service Representative** * Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * A strong customer service mindset that embodies problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills. * A genuine interest in the live event space and a willingness to learn and grow. **Work Environment and Schedule** * Office Location: Coppell, TX * Work Schedule: + The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training.
