Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to deliver unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression. **Your Role as a Customer Service Representative** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and support to ensure that every interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining fault, and resolving issues fairly and constructively * Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing guidance and support as needed * Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service **Your Journey with arenaflex** As a Contact Center Representative, your role expectations will progress as follows: * **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in your role. Learn about arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. * **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing guidance and support as needed. * **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills**: You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and support to our customers. * **Strong customer service mindset**: You'll embody problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. * **Interest in the live event space**: You'll be eager to learn and grow with our company, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. **Work Schedule and Benefits** * **Office Location**: Coppell, TX * **Work Schedule**: Hybrid model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
