Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage transactions and relationships with sellers and customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and empathetic solutions * Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring fair and constructive outcomes * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and expert advice * Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention **Your Journey with careerzynith** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll embark on a rewarding journey with careerzynith, with clear milestones and opportunities for growth.
