**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, connecting families and schools with the answers they need to ensure students receive the funding they deserve. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming calls from families and schools related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
* Provide accurate and timely information to callers, ensuring their questions are answered and they are satisfied with the outcome
* Collaborate with the not-for-profit organization to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Maintain a high level of empathy, personability, and compassion when interacting with callers, even in challenging situations
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

**Essential Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience
* English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences

* Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
