**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues related to the Nutiliti application. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your friendly, helpful, and positive attitude will make all the difference in their experience with our application. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes from customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries and concerns
* Direct customers to the appropriate department or resource, as needed, to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the Nutiliti team to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Advanced English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, with experience using customer service software and tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
* Knowledge of the Nutiliti application and its features
* Experience in a similar role, with a focus on application support and technical issues
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
