**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls about arenaflex's products and services with a highly professional demeanor
* Understand and apply policies and procedures used for daily operations
* Take accountability for customer satisfaction and achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
* Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

**Pay and Benefits:**
* Base wage starting at $17.00-$18.90/hour with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
* Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
* Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential

**Work Environment:**
This role offers the flexibility to work onsite in Dakota Dunes or remotely. Remote employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating. Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and goals
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
