**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Entry and Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Inputting customer orders and processing them in our software system
* Supporting customers with general inquiries on orders, including adjustments, lead times, and order status
* Responding in a timely manner to billing or invoicing questions
* Uncovering errors in the order entry system and resolving them as necessary
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support to our customers
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Customer Relationship Management**: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* **Written Communication**: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
