This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless order processing and timely communication with customers * Enter orders generated by account managers, making tickets and taking them to scheduling * Check all orders over $5000 for accuracy, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate * Document and arrange all releases from inventory, ensuring that all necessary records are up-to-date and accurate * File tickets for all completed jobs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete * Evaluate and verify purchase order correspondence with quotation, verifying with account managers when questions arise to keep the workflow moving * Prepare materials for return to customers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate * Document Haz-Mat orders, ensuring that all necessary records are up-to-date and accurate * Order marketing materials, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate * Manage internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and other necessary documents * Manage FSI and FSC records, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate * Fill in for account managers and assume AM responsibilities when account managers are absent, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions that may impact the AM's business * Assist the estimating department as needed, providing support and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate * Perform additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales * Work in compliance with Safe-Well policies at all times, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment **Essential Qualifications** * High school graduate or general education degree (GED) required * Associate's degree (two-year college or technical school) required * Bronze designation on ACT will be considered in lieu of high school equivalency * 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment * Ability to work effectively with customers, account managers, and other stakeholders * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer service or order processing role * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other software applications * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment * Ability to speak multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Accuracy: Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly * Active Listening: Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others * Communication, Oral: Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word * Communication, Written: Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely * Detail Oriented: Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task * Financial Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets, and make sound long-term investment decisions * Organized: Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task * Project Management: Ability to organize and direct a project to completion * Problem Solving: Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems * Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety * Time Management: Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines * Working Under Pressure: Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations **Work Environment** * Manufacturing office;
