**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Processing and Production Support**

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accurate and efficient order entry, and facilitating smooth production processes. * Checking all orders over $5000 for accuracy, verifying purchase order correspondence with quotations, and collaborating with account managers to resolve any questions or concerns. * Documenting and arranging all releases from inventory, filing tickets for completed jobs, and maintaining accurate records of production capabilities and product information. * Preparing materials for return to customers, documenting Haz-Mat orders, and ordering marketing materials as needed. * Managing internal forms, such as custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI and FSC records. * Filling in for account managers and assuming their responsibilities when they are absent, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions that may impact their business. * Assisting the estimating department as needed and performing additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school graduate or general education degree (GED) and an associate's degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent experience. * At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role, with a proven track record of delivering results and providing exceptional customer experiences. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain accurate records. * Ability to work in a manufacturing office environment, with occasional exposure to production areas. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a shared services or customer service environment. * Knowledge of production capabilities and product information. * Familiarity with The Flesh Operating System or similar order processing systems. * Certification in customer service or a related field. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: * Accuracy and attention to detail in order processing and record-keeping. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with account managers, customers, and internal stakeholders. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities, including training on The Flesh Operating System and other relevant software and systems. * Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals in the field. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a clear path for professional development and advancement. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
