**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer care
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to solve problems and improve processes
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer care
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
**Physical Requirements**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
