**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. You will work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and will be expected to meet or exceed performance metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that patients feel heard and understood
* Resolve prescription refill, order status, and insurance coverage issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Training Schedule**
* Training will be provided on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
* Schedule availability will be Monday through Sunday from 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
* Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls, and the actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
**Required Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
