**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve patients' questions and concerns on the first call, ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound calls from patients seeking assistance with prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call
* Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and access patient information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of medications
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving high volumes of complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of calls
