As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. With a strong focus on patient satisfaction and timely delivery, you'll be an integral part of our efforts to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues * Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications and meet patient expectations * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
