**Job Summary:**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work overnight shifts in our inbound call center, providing top-notch support to patients and families navigating the complexities of prescription medications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of essential medications. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients and families, responding to inquiries about prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call
* Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless medication delivery and address any issues that may arise
* Utilize computer systems and software to access patient information, update records, and manage orders
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care

**Training Schedule:**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range:**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
* Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
