**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers with ticketing, baggage handling, and other travel-related services.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 18 years old.
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and to lift and handle baggage.
* Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
* Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures.
