**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our plan members navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions, and providing personalized support to ensure our members have a clear understanding of their benefits and options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own skills and experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from plan members, responding to questions and concerns about pharmacy benefit plans
* Provide personalized support to help members understand their benefits and options
* Offer solutions to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
