**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Process transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or convenience store environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Availability to work a part-time overnight shift, including weekends and holidays
