Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a difference in the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Leverage Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
