**Job Summary**
We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Maine. As a key member of our customer service organization, you'll engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while working from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
* Research and problem-solve to determine effective solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution
* Operate with understanding, utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike
* Engage with teammates, your direct manager, and other team members across the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an infectious customer-centric culture of collaboration
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
* Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
* Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
* Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A large, distraction-free work area with a reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed)
* A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and phone line (not required, but a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify)
* Ability to use virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams
