**What You'll Do:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues.
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide clear, concise solutions.
* The ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed.
* The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
* A commitment to being your best, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

However, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky.
