**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our plan members, providing timely and effective support for their pharmacy benefit-related inquiries. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that facilitate their treatment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare and pharmacy benefits, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from plan members regarding pharmacy benefits, prescriptions, and health insurance
* Provide accurate and timely information about plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility
* Resolve member complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy, claims, and customer service, to resolve complex issues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on pharmacy benefits, healthcare trends, and customer service best practices
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
