Our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division is a leading provider of pharmacy benefit management services, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our plan members, providing timely and effective support for their pharmacy benefit-related inquiries. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that facilitate their treatment.
