Our team is dedicated to creating a culture of excellence, empathy, and collaboration, and we're seeking talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Duties:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, Pharmacy Services (Remote) (Bilingual) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and recording inbound and outbound pharmacy calls in required systems from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians to meet departmental and CMS standards. * Enforcing HIPAA compliance standards and regulations while maintaining guidelines and other necessary information for our providers, members, technicians, and pharmacists. * Providing clerical services and support to the pharmacist and technicians staff with day-to-day operations as delegated. * Following policies and procedures for appropriate call resolution or transfer to internal departments as required. * Utilizing appropriate resources to ensure members' contact information is current and up-to-date. * Effectively communicating general Medicare and Medicaid plan benefits to existing members. * Interacting with primary care providers to ensure patient registry is current and accurate. * Supporting pharmacists with completion of comprehensive medication reviews through pre-work up to case preparation. * Proactively identifying ways to improve member relations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner. * Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and pharmacies. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in required systems. * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues and concerns. * Develop and maintain relationships with primary care providers and pharmacies. * Stay up-to-date on Medicare and Medicaid plan benefits and policies. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or equivalency. * 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work independently when assigned special projects. * Strong verbal and written skills and excellent phone etiquette. * Ability to multi-task applications while speaking with members. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Associate's Degree. * 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry. * Bilingual: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Yue Chinese, Vietnamese. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
