**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to provide exceptional support and create raving fans. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
* Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products and services
* Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days
* Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
