**Responsibilities**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Promptly answer incoming phone calls**: Provide exceptional service and support to our customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Caringly assist callers with their needs**: Empathize with customers, listen actively, and offer solutions to resolve their issues.
* **Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues through various communication channels.
* **Accurately schedule repair appointments**: Coordinate with our dispatch team to schedule appointments based on service area and scope of work.
* **Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team**: Share availability and skill sets to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
* **Assist other team members as needed**: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide support when needed.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Computer and data entry proficiency**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and iOS, as well as data entry skills.
* **Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience**: A background in customer service, call centers, or dispatch operations is preferred.
* **Working knowledge of ServiceTitan**: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
* **Friendly, outgoing, and service-driven**: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
