You'll work closely with our clinical teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication, ensuring our providers have the information they need to deliver exceptional care. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and are comfortable navigating complex healthcare systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to provider inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate support * Resolve issues related to claims, payments, clinical authorizations, EOBs, and behavioral health * Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication * Utilize knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and procedures to provide informed support * Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions with providers * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex policies * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare providers * Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
