Our company values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, and we're committed to creating a positive impact in our communities. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching deliveries, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. You'll work closely with our dispatch and customer service teams to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with our customers. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Schedule and dispatch deliveries as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives * Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to coordinate deliveries, manage plant inventories, and resolve customer issues * Conduct daily inspections of the plant and complete maintenance and record keeping to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards * Participate in weekly safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) to promote a culture of safety and well-being * Call customers in advance of late deliveries or delays in service to ensure transparency and maintain customer trust * Proactively reach out to customers on new secured projects to build relationships and drive business growth * Perform duties safely, adhering to company policies and procedures, and identify problems, gather, and analyze information to make recommendations for improvement **Education and/or Experience** * Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a related field is preferred but not required * Management experience is also preferred but not required * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Flexible, well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasked with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) **Job Requirements and Skills** * Must be able to perform duties safely, adhering to company policies and procedures * Plant Automation – Command Alkon knowledge is preferred but not required * Solid communication skills (both verbal and written) * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Strong analytical skills * Basic math skills * Ability to work well in group problem-solving and meet deadlines * Identify problems, gather, and analyze information to make recommendations for improvement * Ability to pass a drug screen and background check before being employed by arenaflex **What arenaflex Offers You** * Highly competitive base pay * Comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs * Group retirement savings program * Health and wellness programs * A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion * A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and grow **About arenaflex** arenaflex has a long and proud heritage, with a collection of hundreds of family businesses, regional companies, and large enterprises that together form the arenaflex family.
