As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Did you know that our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company?** At arenaflex, the sky is the limit! **Work from Home Requirements:** * Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM * Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications:** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
