**Job Summary**
As a Remote After Training Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. This is a remote role with in-person training, and you will be required to live within a commutable distance of our Warwick, RI location. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for our clients and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through exceptional customer service and support
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels
* Research and respond to customer requests, discussing options and providing solutions
* Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work in a virtual environment with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office for team events, meetings, training, and business continuity
**Essential Skills and Experience**
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (considering those with customer service experience)
* Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
* Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.
* Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
* Professional and engaging phone voice, with a true desire to help people
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous call center experience
* Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
* Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and articulate clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team environment to improve service to internal and external customers, while also demonstrating an ability to work independently from home
* Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
