**About the Role**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Providing education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests
* Meeting performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure accurate and informed responses
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Empathetic and good listening skills
* Previous sales or benefits experience ideal
* High school diploma required
* Must be able to clear a background check
* Bilingual Spanish/English speakers preferred
