**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat

* Gathering information, researching, and resolving inquiries and logging customer calls
* Communicating appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
* Performing customer needs analysis and informing customers of services and resources available to them
* Maintaining adherence to attendance, punctuality, and use of auxiliary time
* Assisting in the walk-in center, tags department, and Vector system, if needed
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**

**Schedule and Availability**
As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be required to work 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. You must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
