You'll work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks with ease. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, people-oriented, and team-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner * Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information * Work independently with minimal supervision, handling goal-oriented projects and tasks * Follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once, and communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers * Adapt quickly to changes and modifications, thinking critically to resolve customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment (or equivalent) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision * Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting * Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures * Previous experience with data entry and appointment scheduling * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision * Ability to adapt quickly to changes and modifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong critical thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
