**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their shipments on time, securely, and with minimal issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**
As a remote Cargo Agent, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. You will be required to work 8 hours per day, with the possibility of overtime as needed. You will also be required to participate in regular virtual meetings and training sessions to ensure that you are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
