**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Chat Agent. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Education & Skills Required**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High-speed internet access required
* Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment
* Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High-speed internet access required
* Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
