As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt * Identify and report system errors or anomalies * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a set minimum number of conversations per hour * Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform * Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Education & Skills Required** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High-speed internet access required * Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Work Schedule** Our remote team members enjoy a flexible schedule, with two options to choose from: Option 1: * Monday (OFF) * Tuesday (OFF) * Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) * Sunday (OFF) Option 2: * Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Thursday (OFF) * Friday (OFF) * Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM) * Sunday (OFF) **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment * Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High-speed internet access required * Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary chat platform **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data analysis and reporting **Skills & Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
