**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
* Resolving complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries
* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues
* Working with various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits
* Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Online business Part Administration Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Proficiency with computer software and hardware, including writing and typing skills (minimum 30 wpm)
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Bilingual skills are a plus
