We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working a 12-9pm EST shift. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
* Delivering first call resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the point of resolution, demonstrating empathy and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
* Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
* Working with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to customer issues.
* Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to type 25+ words per minute.
* The ability to work weekend days and holidays.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented) is preferred.
