Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support and Experience Enhancement

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Shift Options** We offer a range of shift options to accommodate your schedule and preferences: * Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST * Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm-9pm EST **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. * Delivering first call resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the point of resolution, demonstrating empathy and keeping customers updated throughout the process. * Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution. * Working with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reach resolution related to customer issues. * Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * The ability to type 25+ words per minute. * The ability to work weekend days and holidays. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Self-motivation and results-oriented approach. * Strong detail orientation. * Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. **Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail-oriented) is preferred. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive total rewards package, including: * A dependable salary of $30,900 to $46,200, based on experience and location. * Incentive programs to recognize and reward your achievements. * Equity opportunities to share in our company's success. * Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * Paid time off and holidays to recharge and relax. **Why Join careerzynith?** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
