**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations.
* Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, ensuring that clients receive the best possible experience.
* Assist with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring that flights depart on time and that passengers are satisfied with their experience.
* Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
* Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring that flights depart on schedule and that passengers are on board.
* Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients, resolving issues and ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.
* Protect business assets and revenue, ensuring that arenaflex's interests are protected and that clients receive the best possible service.
* Possess the physical ability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
* Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe, ensuring that deadlines are met and that clients receive the best possible service.
* Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision, working independently and making decisions that benefit arenaflex and its clients.
* Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and that arenaflex's interests are protected.
* Follow internal and external regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
**All You'll Need for Success**
* Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school degree or GED
+ Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language
+ Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
+ Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
+ Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
+ Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
+ Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
+ Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
