**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our passengers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and revenue targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
* Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
**What You'll Need:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bilingual language skills a plus (dependent on location)
