**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely information
* Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
* Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
* Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
* Quality Monitoring (QM) score of 95% or higher
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
* Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently under general supervision
