**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our pet parents. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:
* **Engage directly with customers**: You'll be the first point of contact for customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
* **Research and problem-solve**: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Go above and beyond**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* **Ability to multi-task and think critically**: You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and think critically to resolve complex issues.
* **Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed**: You'll be able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including overtime as needed.
* **Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license**: You'll need to meet the necessary requirements for a KY Rx Tech license.
