**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy

**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues
