You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide service that makes a difference: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your interactions will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. * Maintain call productivity & quality scores well above minimum standards: You will be expected to meet or exceed our quality and productivity standards, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate service. * Acquire, demonstrate, and utilize knowledge of Retail, Online banking, Mortgage, and Business product expertise: You will be trained on our products and services, and you will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of our offerings. * Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service while servicing customer inquiries: You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. * Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills: You will be expected to communicate effectively with our customers, listening carefully to their concerns and responding in a clear and concise manner. * Ensure that the company's customers receive an exceptional level of service: You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs. * Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively: You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. * Demonstrate abilities to Cross sell financial services and products: You will be expected to identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. * Adhere to and comply with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.): You will be expected to comply with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that our customers' information is protected and that we maintain a secure and compliant environment. * Adhere to Bank policies and procedures and complete required training: You will be expected to complete all required training and adhere to our policies and procedures, ensuring that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform your job duties effectively. * Identify and report suspicious activity: You will be responsible for identifying and reporting any suspicious activity, ensuring that our customers' information is protected and that we maintain a secure and compliant environment. **Education** * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Or * Experience: 1-3 years of Call Center experience, retail banking products, and/or Residential Loans experience preferred **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills are important qualities for individuals considering applying for this position. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, particularly strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Because arenaflex's Customer Service Representatives communicate through email, good typing, spelling, and written communication skills are necessary. * Bilingual candidates preferred but not required **Work Environment and Company Culture** * As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. * Our company culture is built on a foundation of teamwork, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
